We are looking for people-friendly couples or individuals who have the maturity to be able to connect with their community and who are very happy with themselves and the people in their lives. There needs to be an innate willingness to work full days initially and get in front of people you do not yet know and ask them to do business with you by trying your fragrancing and deodorizing service. You should have some type of involvement in your community and have an understanding of the value of service.

You should have sufficient savings to sustain your standard of living through the initial growth phase of your franchise, or have a secondary source of income from a working spouse or other source. The ideal franchisee will have specific volume goals and will work full-time until they are met.

You should be thinking that once your income goals are met that the service aspect of the business is handled by trusted employees, thus freeing you to do whatever you feel like doing without a loss of business revenue.

Our vision

The idea was formed in 1992 to create a business where a stay-at-home mom (Brenda, in this case) could work one day per week and generate enough income to match a 40 hr/week job paying approximately $15 per hour.

The model we settled on when we launched in 1995 was 300 diffusers at an average of $10.00 each every four weeks. This worked perfectly and required about six hours of service work per week and about 16 square feet of space to store product.

After we deducted expenses, taxes and health insurance we discovered that the net was the same as Brenda’s full-time job with no commute! That’s when she came home. Our first child was born 12 months later!

Since those early days, we have perfected the marketing approach, streamlined the operations by writing custom, web-based software to manage day-to-day customer support, and grown to a staff of 17 without moving out of our home office.

We have built a solid business and wide customer base by thinking long-term and displaying a sincere easy-going, flexible attitude toward our customers.

“We’re so flexible you can fold us in half!” is a common phrase heard by our customers as they ask about fragrance changes or mid-cycle services for a property inspection. We truly act like we are not hungry for business and that we are easy to do business with.
